I’m Chad, a multidisciplinary designer, researcher and strategist. I leverage design management methodology to create impactful, innovative and insightful experiences. My work is grounded in human centered design and my approach provides clarity and composure to chaos. I have strong ethical and social justice considerations woven into my design processes. My goal is to use my expertise to positively impact our built environment.

I’ve worked in design for over 10 years and my experience ranges from producing physical artifacts such as furniture and book design to delivering strategic plans for library systems and non-profits using design thinking methodology.

I also have 15 years experience as a real estate broker and sales executive where I was responsible for building sales teams, designing work flows, and developing and teaching a sales curriculum using human-centered design principles. 

Collaboration and co-creation are key elements in all of my projects.
